InvestSefton run a variety of events throughout the year. 

 

Forums and Networking Groups

 

 

InvestSefton has three main forums and networking groups: 

 

Financial & Professional (F & P) Networking Group

This is a networking group for businesses in the financial or professional sectors in Sefton. This is held twice a year in April and October. The next meeting will take place on 17th April 2024 in Southport, visit the F & P page for more details. 

 

Sefton Economic Forum 

The Sefton Economic Forum is our key business event held twice a year in summer and winter. The next event will be on Thursday 6th June 2024 at Formby Hall.

Sefton Huddle 

This is a networking group for businesses in the digital, creative or technical sectors in Sefton. This is held three times a year in February, June and November. The next meeting will take place on 22nd February 2024 at The Atkinson in Southport.

Launch event – sustainability business support for accommodation providers

Circular Culture Series- 

The Circular Culture series will consist of three events, hosted across different areas of the LCR, bringing together industry leaders and sustainability experts to facilitate important conversations. Each event will focus on a different sector; Manufacturing, Technology and Food and Hospitality. 

Manufacturing- 22nd Feb

Technology- 7th March

The Technology event will look at the unique challenges associated with embedding a ‘circular culture’ into the process of designing and developing technology such as electronic equipment and devices, software, scientific instruments, electronic components and other innovations
