Managing Absence
By the end of the workshop, delegates will be able to understand:
– State why managing absence is important in their role as an Employer / manager
– Apply company policy on managing absence
– Define short term, long term and unauthorised absence, and state ways to manage each situation
– Produce an action plan to deal with specific issues in their own team
