This  workshop is for delegates who want to increase new business, hunt out new clients and increase their sales confidence. Whether a seasoned sales professional or a new business braving the choppy waters of entrepreneurship creating new fans of your business over the phone is an invaluable skill.

The workshop will be fast paced and will explore :

  • How we start relationships with clients, dissecting the initial first contact over the phone to set an appointment.
  • The words we use, the tone of our voice and very importantly our body language construct a holistic image of the value of what we are offering.
  • Handling common objections to sales calls, battling with nerves at making cold calls and creating powerful, short opening statements.

All delegates will leave with the ability to generate instant results and lasting business from the moment they return to work.

Priority for places on this event is given to small to medium sized private sector businesses (SME’s) based in the Sefton Council area that have been trading 1day+.  Places are limited to one delegate per organisation.
