There are a number of co-working spaces in the borough. In Southport:

Ground Floor & 1st Floor:

• We had an operator on ground & 1st floor running a music / bar venue. Unfortunately they closed as they couldn’t make it work. 
• We have no interest from anyone looking to run a bar and we are aware that market is struggling. Therefore we feel it might be better used as something else: it could be a shop, a gym, yoga studio & dance studio, art studio, meeting venue, and  could also be easily used as office space
• Rent is flexible depending on use. length of term etc but we are open to  discussions at £600- £750 per floor or £1200 for all of it. 
• If you knew of any looking for a big space over 2 floors  that is very well presented (Previously the Warehouser/ Fire Fit restaurant) at a very affordable rent then happy to chat.
