Made Smarter helps manufacturing SMEs adopt digital technologies that improve efficiency, productivity and competitiveness. The programme combines expert guidance, leadership development and financial support to help businesses successfully implement digital transformation.

LYVA Labs ADAPT supports businesses looking to develop new products, services or opportunities through expert innovation support and funding.
Key benefits include:
- Two-day innovation bootcamp
- Access to specialist expertise
- Six months of development support
- Up to £15,000 grant funding for feasibility projects
The programme is suitable for businesses with a turnover of £500,000+, at least three employees, and a commitment from two senior leaders, however if you don’t quite reach this criteria still check it out, as there may be some discretion.
