MusicFutures Reciprocal Mentoring Programme
We’re pleased to share that applications are now open for the MusicFutures Reciprocal Mentoring Pilot Programme, delivered in partnership with Liverpool John Moores University.
We’re looking for music freelancers and/or micro-businesses from diverse communities across the Liverpool City Region to take part in an 8-month reciprocal mentoring programme with senior leaders in the music sector.
The programme offers participants the opportunity to:
- Build a partnership with a senior leader and inspire cultural change
- Contribute to conversations and projects around inclusion and diversity
- Gain insight into leadership dynamics and power structures
- Access career advice, networking and leadership development opportunities
The pilot programme includes monthly one-to-one meetings, four facilitated workshops and training, with all sessions taking place in Liverpool. Out of pocket expenses can be covered.
Applications are open until the 18 September.
