Come along to this free 2 hour workshop which will inspire businesses to take their guest experience to the next level, delivered by Andrew Kemsley from 10 Hospitality. Andrew is a hospitality coach, trainer and facilitator with more than 20 years’ experience. These workshops were previously held in January & April this year in Southport, they were so well received that we are running them again, this time at Formby Hall.
