Sefton Council has recently launched Phase 2 of the process and Expressions of Interest are now live until 27th November for the following assets:
- Hesketh Park Conservatory, Southport
- Duke Street Park Toilet Block, Formby
- Cambridge Community Kitchen, Waterloo
- Ainsdale Library, Ainsdale

For reference, only the following organisation types and legal structures are eligible to progress through the CAP process:
- Registered Charities
- Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIOs)
- Community Interest Companies (CICs)
- Industrial and Provident Societies for Community Benefit (Community Benefit Societies)
- Constituted community and voluntary groups
- Companies limited by guarantee (without share capital)
- Socially Trading Organisations (STOs)
