AI for Good is a free programme that supports ten local entrepreneurs in building
businesses that tackle real problems for people in the Liverpool City Region. The
programme is for people who understand a local problem first-hand and have
the drive to tackle it.
AI could become part of your product or service, or help with everyday tasks
such as admin and reaching customers and you keep ownership of your ideas
and everything you build.
No AI experience is needed.
Delivered by the University of Liverpool ‘s Virtual Engineering Centre, Public Life,
and Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, it brings together University AI
expertise, practical AI coaching, a dedicated business advisor, training and real
world testing.
Ventures must be based in and serve the Liverpool City Region, be pre
registered, pre-trading or trading for less than 24 months, and address transport
and destinations, health and social care, education and skills, or social mobility.
The programme runs from November 2026 to March 2027
November.
