This workshop is ideal for small businesses (including sole traders) who recognise the importance of effective project management.

This free*, face to face, workshop will introduce you to the key tools and techniques that will help you to plan, and successfully deliver projects within your business. The workshop is ideal for small businesses (including sole traders) who recognise the importance of effective project management to maximise investment in new initiatives but are unsure where to start. You will work through approaches to planning, risk assessment and stakeholder analysis, which will provide you with a clear framework for your future projects.

Enterprise Hub Skills at Liverpool John Moores University is funded by the European Social Fund. This programme is open to people living in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton) but please contact our team to check full eligibility criteria.

You will need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK and fill in a registration form. Examples of evidence you could provide include:

  • Passport
  • National Insurance number card or letter from HMRC
  • Birth or adoption certificate
