The £750m project will produce low carbon hydrogen at Essar’s Stanlow Manufacturing Complex in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire in North West of the UK.

The hydrogen production hub will deliver low carbon energy to industry across North West England, and North Wales, as well as to fuel buses, trains and heavy goods vehicles, to heat our homes, and to generate electricity when the sun is not shining or the wind blowing – pioneering a hydrogen economy.
