Currently located on the 22a Atlantic Park development site are Rolls Royce Energy Systems, a prestige company anchoring this exceptional new business park. Other nearby major names include Allied Bakeries, Vernons Pools and Alliance and Leicester Commercial Bank.

Atlantic Park is being developed into a prestige office and business park with the first phase including a stylish new 44,000 sq ft Headquarters Office facility available for rent. The buildings striking design will highlight the entrance to the park and, as a result of its flexible design, will be available to rent in a range of sizes from single user to a complete floor.

In total Atlantic Park will house more than 500,000 sq. ft. of new commercial and industrial floorspace.
