To view information on projects being delivered in Sefton and associated opportunities registered companies can log on to the Projects section of the site.

Companies can then access the nature and requirements associated with each development and the project delivery time frame. Registered companies can contact organisations directly to express their interest in working on or supplying to a specific phase within a project.

The email will remind Sefton based developers that they have signed up to a local labour/re-sourcing agreement as part of their planning application. Their response to this email will allow their commitment to be scrutinised.

Developers/Main Contractors can modify the project delivery dates and milestones on this section by supplying the latest information to the Build Sefton team.
