Charlie Green Charlie’s background includes 20 years in the Oil Industry working on construction projects both on and off shore. Stretching from the Artic Circle to the Sahara Desert Charlie progressed from the tools to Supply Chain Management, he brings with him a wide range of skills and experience from problem solving to project delivery. Jean Coles Jean has joined the team in the role of Construction Business Support Officer, identifying the issues that concern all sides of the industry. Jean has brought with her invaluable Construction Industry experience gained from her previous position within Knowsley. This puts Jean in an ideal position to answer queries about public and private sector practices on Merseyside.
