Sefton Integrated Business Support (SIBS) is funded under the UK Government’s Working Neighbourhoods Fund (WNF). A key aim is to transform areas of Sefton into places for new entrepreneurs and successful, outward looking businesses.
Through SIBS, residents and businesses will be able to access a range of services that will enable them to start up in business or grow their existing business. Sefton Integrated Business Support is focussed on ‘Super Output Areas’, geographically defined areas with key issues such as deprivation and worklessness to be addressed.
The specific aim of the project is to provide coordinated, quality support to entrepreneurs and growing businesses within Sefton. This support will include easy access to free advice, finance, premises, aftercare and business growth planning.
